What motivated you to become a founder?
At sewts, we automate industrial processes that could not be automated in the past: the handling of deformable materials like textiles. With our robotic solutions we offer a product that really solves a customer need. This is what drives me and everyone at sewts.
What is the coolest part of your job?
Leading a team of young and talented people. With this team, we are bringing robotics and AI to industrial use cases for the first time.
What are the challenges in your job?
Trying to balance the market side and the needs of the customers with what needs to be done inside the company in a fast paceddevelopment. As a young company you need to establish reliable processes for sales and operationas and continue innovation and R&D in parallel.
What do you like about CNB?

What advice would you give to your younger self?
Thinking long-term, rather than short-term – and defining the right measures of success for both long-term and short-term.
